Annual Distribution Strategy

  • Capital remains committed for the full term
  • Net annual profits are distributed rather than compounded
  • Annual profits must be withdrawn after applicable fees
  • Performance fee: 20% of generated profits
  • No performance fee when no profit is generated, subject to the final contract
  • Distributions and transfers may take up to 14 business days
  • Account closure after contractual maturity may take up to 30 business days
